There is no single number because every repair is different, but here is how the pricing works: the diagnostic fee is $80 to $120 depending on where you are, typically discounted 50% if you go ahead with the repair, and the repair itself is quoted flat-rate and upfront. You see the itemized price before any work starts. There is no tow bill and no shop overhead baked into the rate.

Usually, yes. A no-start is one of the most common calls we take. We test the battery, charging system, starter, cables and grounds, fuel delivery and the computer side before anything gets replaced, and most causes — a dead battery, a failed alternator, a worn starter, a bad connection — are fixed on the spot. Do not pay for a tow until we have looked at it.

Yes. Pads, rotors, calipers and brake fluid service are all done on-site with a torque wrench, not an impact gun. We need a level spot with room to work beside the vehicle — a driveway, a parking lot or a level street works fine.

Yes. We meet you at the seller’s location, scan the vehicle for stored and pending codes, check brakes, tires, suspension, fluids and leaks, road-test it where possible and hand you a written report you can use to walk away or negotiate. Quoted upfront before we roll out.

Yes. We work in office lots, warehouse yards and job sites all the time. Drop the keys with us, go back to work, and the vehicle is done when your shift is. Tell us where it is parked when you call and we will tell you straight whether the spot will work.

Flat-rate and upfront. We diagnose the problem, then hand you an itemized price before a single bolt is turned. You approve it or you do not — there are no shop fees and no surprise line items. Quotes are free and you are never charged for a job you did not approve.

A few jobs genuinely need a lift or a press, and some failed transmissions need a specialist rather than a service. When that is the case we tell you straight up before you spend a dime, instead of taking the job apart and then breaking the news.

Yes. Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Emergency roadside calls can come in anytime.
